I have been a member for some time now. It’s a safe place to ask questions around this once taboo subject. Emma’s page is fun and full of lots of ladies all trying to help each other as we bubble along on our journey of hot flushes, minimal sleep and desire to control the world. It does help us knowing lots of us are all trying to balance so many things in our life. Menopause is the one that tries to knock us off guard, yet we won’t be beater. Girl power!
